Hollis Trucking and Land Services, LLC was founded in 2019 by a young man aspiring to work the land and help local land owners care for their property. We currently care for dormant farms, hunting leases, horse pastures, and other parcels of land. The goal is to expand into other areas of agribusiness with a focus on land management, service, and care. We offer light trucking since land owners often need supplies, hay, and equipment moved.

Our Story

Growing up on the Hollis farm with a family full of dirty hands and clean hearts, the love of the land runs deep. Owner, Laybn Hollis, started this journey to help land owners care for their property. The willingness to help a local land owner keep an old farm from growing up in brush is what sparked local conversations. What started as a small mowing job to just "help a guy out", spread into caring for a few hundred acres including horse pastures, dormant farms, and hunting leases. With passion, a masters degree in engineering, business management experience, and years of working on a family farm, there's a natural willingness to develop an agribusiness to meet the ever changing needs of property owners.

Here at Hollis Trucking and Land SVCs, we are all about fairness to our customers. We come to your property to discuss the scope of work and give a budgetary quote prior to starting - so there are no surprises. Your actual bill is based on the actual work that was done. We will discuss and be very upfront with any issues that cause budget overrun, but the customer shall be responsible for the actual bill. If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of work, they are encouraged to discuss with the owner directly, and immediately. We want to ensure we've done the best for our customers. Please be respectful and courteous and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
